Welcome to the Spring Street and Mosquito Road Project Website!
The Spring Street Pavement Rehabilitation project will rehabilitate the pavement on Spring Street between Coloma Road (Highway 49) on the west and Bedford Avenue on the east up to the State right-of-way at US Highway 50, along with addressing much needed repairs and partial replacement to select underground utilities. The Mosquito Road Stabilization project will improve pavement conditions between Clay Street and City Limits following a separate underground utility project that is currently under construction.
Construction will begin on Spring Street in September 2020.
