March 29, 2024: Project construction began on Wednesday, March 20th! During the first few weeks, the contractor is potholing to confirm utilities. In the second week of April, the contractor will begin the underground utility work starting at Mosquito Road. Please pay close attention to traffic control as the work location moves during potholing, and reduce speeds in the work zones. Thank you!
