A Local Road Safety Plan proactively addresses local safety needs, identifies potential improvement projects, and qualifies the City to apply for safety grant funding.

The Local Road Safety Plan was adopted by the Placerville City Council on May 28, 2024.

A Public Meeting was held on February 7, 2024

Thank you to those who attended the meeting! Your input and experience driving, walking, and biking Placerville streets is so valuable, and all of the information and concerns that were discussed at the meeting will help shape the City's LRSP.
