City of Placerville Traffic Impact Mitigation (TIM) Fee Program
The fees collected by the TIM Fee Program are used to fund transportation improvements needed to accommodate the growth expected by the City's General Plan. The projects included in the TIM Fee Program generally include new roadways, road widening projects, and intersection improvements. The TIM Fee Program is legally required to meet the requirements of California Government Code Sections 66000-66008.
