Vacant Parcel Inventory:

The Development Services Department keeps an inventory of vacant residential parcels, as part of its implementation of the City’s Housing Element, including those with the potential for low-income housing on an annual basis.

• Inventory of vacant residential parcels within the City limits. 
   
• Inventory of Publicly Assisted Multi-Family Housing Within the City of Placerville  can be found on Table 3-27 in the 2021-2029 Housing Element.
   
• Residential Housing Needs Allocation for the City can be located in the 2021-2029 Housing Element under Chapter 6, tables 6-4, 6-5 and 6-6.
