Recent Traffic Studies:

A Traffic Study was prepared for the Mallard Apartments project on July 1, 2024 by Prism Engineering.  The outcome of the study is the recommendation for new stop signs to be installed on Mallard Lane at the intersection with McIntosh Drive/Pintail Lane.  The proposed stop signs were presented to the City Council and approved by the City Council on September 10, 2024.
